PhD. Position: Clinical Bioinformatics in human reproduction associated problems, Inonu University, Turkey

We have an open PhD student position for our project funded by TÜBİTAK 2247-A National Leader Researchers Program. Our research group is mostly studying on clinical problems associated with human reproduction. The candidate will mostly work on the analysis of bioinformatics data (16S rRNA microbiome data, NMR metabolomics data, RNA-seq data) obtained from patients recruited to our clinical trials.
